Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Jenifer is exceptionally knowledgeable in all the communities in the Tampa Bay market and surrounding areas. Jenifer is the Branch Manager at The Property Pros Real Estate’s Tampa Bay office and is the Team Lead for her award-winning team, The Fernandez Home Group. Her background as a business owner for several business ventures has given her real estate business a high level of experience, leadership, and professionalism.
Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Jenifer strives for in all aspects of her life. Applying these principles to her business has allowed her to be a top producing real estate agent for the past several years. Jenifer biggest career accomplishment to date was being awarded Female Broker of the Year 2022. She has also been recognized as The Tampa Club’s top 40 under 40 in 2021 and she’s earned the Top 25% Agent award in 2020, 2021 and Top 15% Agent Award in 2022.
Her biggest accomplishment in life has been raising her two children. Her oldest currently attends The University of Central Florida while her youngest is just a year behind and will soon be a college student as well. If you ask Jenifer what her hobbies are she will say, “selling homes and changing lives.” She loves getting to know her clients on a personal level and truly tapping into their wants and desires when it comes to buying a home.
